Do you offer a money back guaranty?
Yes. Known for being clear and adaptable, OmniMask is also remarkably comfortable. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return a single mask and accessories for a product refund.
Can I return opened product?
Yes. Our goal is for you to test the breathing, comfort, and seal of OmniMask so we want you to use all aspects of it. We're sure you'll like it, but if it's not for you, you can return the mask and accessories for a refund.
Do you refund shipping?
No. We only refund the product cost—but hopefully you ordered over $100 for free shipping!
Is there a quantity limit?
Yes. Returns are limited to a single mask and accessories and only one time per customer—so we recommend trying a single mask before buying for a group.
Is there a time limit?
Yes. You can return a single OmniMask and accessories in any condition within 30 days of our shipment to you.
Once you initiate the return, you'll need to ship the goods and for us to receive them in 14 days. We do not pay for return shipping.
Do you accept international returns?
Not currently due to the regulatory and tariff situation.
Do you destroy returned items?
Yes. For health and safety reasons, returned products are destroyed regardless of condition.
As you may have guessed, we can offer a 30-day MBG because we receive remarkably few return requests.
Do you pay for the return shipping?
No. The return shipping is your responsibility. You can use any common carrier, like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and we recommend including tracking information.
