Goods are shipped from the United States. Although we endeavor to ship same day, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days unless an item is out of stock.
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with its details so you can track your package. You are responsible for all losses or damage that occur during shipping, including disappearance from your doorstep.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll process your repair, exchange, or refund quickly (usually 1-3 business days) and keep you in the loop at each step via email.
We pick up the cost to ship outbound exchanged or repaired units within the continental United States. Due to the nature of our business we do not accept non-warranty returns.
